Congratulations to my brother Simon and his new wife Na! This past week has been hectic like you wouldn't believe with friends and relatives flying in from all over the place. I'm glad to see everything turned out perfectly on this special day for the newlywed couple.

yo dave, the accident happened in Queens NY. she mentioned that NY is a comparative negligence state. i don't know if that excludes a joint & several liability scenario although common sense would seem to dictate that it would.
as such, i'm probably going to sue both in small claims and have an arbiter figure what percent is due from each. what do you think? if it's too much trouble...don't worry bout it man..you've helped more than enough already. thanks dude.
ideally, i'd like to get the lady's insurance company and the kid she hit at the same into arbitration. is that possible in small claims to get two defendants in there or do i have to do it separately?
